At Izome Learning, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on courses, subscriptions, and other services.

Course Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for individual course purchases. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have watched less than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded course materials or certificates
  • You have not completed any course assessments or quizzes
  • The course has technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content
Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • The course must not have been completed or substantially consumed (more than 20% viewed)
  • No certificates of completion have been issued for the course
Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Courses where more than 20% of the content has been viewed
  • Courses for which a completion certificate has been issued
  • Bundled courses or course packages (special terms may apply)
  • Subscription fees for the current billing period (future periods can be cancelled)
  • Courses purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices (unless otherwise stated)
  • Physical products, books, or materials once shipped
  • Third-party courses or services
Subscription Cancellation Policy

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@izomelearning.com
  2. Include your order number or transaction ID
  3. Provide the course name and purchase date
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
  • Your access to the course will be revoked upon refund approval
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified period:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company - processing delays may occur
  3. Check with your payment provider (PayPal, UPI, etc.)
  4. If you've completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@izomelearning.com
Technical Issues and Course Quality

If you experience technical difficulties or are dissatisfied with course quality:

  • Report technical issues to our support team immediately
  • We will work to resolve technical problems within 24-48 hours
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 7-day window
  • Quality concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Course Access After Refund

Upon processing a refund:

  • Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
  • Any downloaded materials should be deleted
  • Certificates issued will be invalidated
  • Course progress and data will be removed from your account
Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy:

  • Medical emergencies or personal hardships (documentation may be required)
  • Platform-wide technical failures
  • Course content significantly different from description
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Physical Products (If Applicable)

For physical products such as books, kits, or materials:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost
